Canzell Community New Agent Training Program

Starting a new career—and joining a new company—can be challenging. That’s why Canzell Community created the

Fast Start Program: a two-week course series built specifically for agents who are new to real estate. You can choose to attend live classes or go through the sessions at your own pace online. This hands-on program is designed to equip you with the tools, skills, and core knowledge you need to build a strong foundation in your first two weeks at Canzell.

In addition to Canzell Community’s training for new agents, we offer over 50 hours of live classes every week. For those just getting started—especially agents who may still be working another job—we also host dedicated New Agent Mastermind Sessions every Sunday evening, making it easier to learn and grow on your schedule.

Your Support Team

At Canzell Community, you’re never left to figure things out on your own. Every new agent is paired with a dedicated support team ready to help—whether it’s a quick question or something bigger. We’re here to make sure you always have someone to lean on.

Your Broker – At CanZell Community, your local broker is actively involved in your growth. They host weekly meetings, lead new agent orientations, and provide contract training sessions year-round. Whether you have questions about contracts or run into client challenges, they’re here to support you every step of the way.
Your Agent Concierge – During your first year at CanZell Community, you’ll be paired with a dedicated concierge to guide you through every step. Whether you need help navigating our systems, ordering business cards, or figuring out who to contact for a specific question—they’ve got you covered.
Your Certified CanZell Mentor – You’ll be matched with a local, experienced mentor who will support your training, review your contracts, and often invite you to shadow them on buyer or listing appointments. It’s hands-on learning from someone who’s been there—and is invested in your success.
Your CanZell Sponsor – Your sponsor is the person who introduced you to CanZell Community or played a key role in your decision to join. While they’re not required to support your business directly, many sponsors choose to stay involved and offer guidance—because your success matters to them too.

Your Canzell Community Mentor

If you're a newly licensed real estate agent or returning to the business, CanZell Community offers the CanZell Mentoring Program. This program is designed to provide you with the support and skills needed to build a successful real estate career.

Here’s how it works… Every agent who joins CanZell Community and hasn’t closed at least 3 homes in the last 12 months will be enrolled in the CanZell Mentoring Program. You’ll be matched with a local mentor who will guide you through contract questions, help you navigate our systems, and ensure you’re on track with training and tools. Many mentors also invite you to shadow them during listing and buyer appointments, so you can gain real-world experience and truly understand the process.

All CanZell Community mentors undergo a thorough certification process to ensure they’re fully equipped to support you. Your mentor will be based in the same geographic or MLS area, and their role is to offer practical, hands-on guidance. They’ll also walk you through every step of the process during your first three residential sales transactions.

When working with your mentor, there’s an additional 20% commission split on your first three residential sales, on top of the standard CanZell Community commission split.
