1. 1. Apply to eXp Realty:

Visit https://joinapp.exprealty.com/ to create your new agent account.

Important Note: Your eXp email is an alias that forwards to your primary email. There is no separate inbox for your eXp email address.

2. 2. Sign In:

After creating your account, you'll be prompted to sign in using the email entered during registration.

3. 3. Onboarding Dashboard:

Once logged in, click the blue “Let’s Go” button to begin your onboarding.

4. 4. Personal Information:

Enter your licensed name and association numbers for each state you’re licensed in. If you’re a member of multiple MLS systems, ensure they are all entered to assist with association transfer.

5. 5. Banking & Payments:

a. Have your bank routing and account number ready for direct deposit setup, and credit card info available for auto-withdrawal setup.

b. eXp will cover your $149 activation fee, which includes your first month of cloud fees and tech fees for the next five months.

6. 6. Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA):

You’ll need to sign the ICA during your application. When asked about your sponsor, select "Can’t find my sponsor" and type in [Your Sponsor’s Name].

7. 7. Confirmation:

After completing the application, the screen should display “Welcome to eXp” and your Agent Tracker will appear.

8. 8. Next Steps:

You’ll receive emails from eXp Realty and your State Broker Team with instructions on transferring your license when you're ready.
