Chantel Ray

Chantel Ray started out in real estate and created a team.

“Her Team” sold 1,500 transactions and then created her own company "Chantel Ray Real Estate" and then changed the name to "Canzell Realty" which grew to 20 states and then she decided to merge with eXp Realty and now is in 50 states.

Chantel Ray has merged the whole company of Canzell Realty with eXp and now teaches people across the country of how to have passive income.

She wants agents to have ownership and revenue share.

Chantel is married to her husband, Rhyan, has a daughter, Shayla, and a son, Kyle.
