The Trainers and Educational Staff

CanZell Community is proud to have an outstanding education team—one standout being Brad Andersohn, the founder of Zillow Academy and co-creator of ActiveRain, one of the largest blogging platforms for real estate professionals. I’ve personally learned a great deal from Brad, and it’s truly an honor to have him as part of our community. The “Working The Magic” technology team at CanZell Community hosts multiple training sessions each week, focused on the latest real estate tools and tech. They also regularly bring in experts from KVCore—the powerful, free lead generation platform available to all CanZell agents—to answer questions, share tips, and help you master the system so you can become a confident and consistent lead generator.

In addition to the regular education team, CanZell’s ICON Agents frequently volunteer their time to share proven strategies and best practices. This gives agents the unique opportunity to learn directly from top performers across the country. Over the past few years, several well-known national coaches and trainers have also joined CanZell Community—and many of them regularly lead training sessions to help agents grow their businesses with real-world insight and experience.

Recorded and On-Demand Trainings

Many of CanZell Community’s live training sessions are recorded and available on demand—making it easy for busy agents to stay on top of their learning. Whether you're out showing homes, at a closing, or juggling appointments, you won’t miss a thing. These recordings have become an invaluable resource for agents who want flexibility without sacrificing their growth.

In-Person Training Available

CanZell Community offers more than just virtual support—we also provide valuable in-person training opportunities. Many cities and states host monthly or quarterly meetups, along with sponsor and mentor training to help you grow your business and leadership skills. In some areas, you’ll also find continuing education classes and Lunch & Learn events, creating even more ways to connect, learn, and collaborate face-to-face.

In an effort to replicate the pros of a brick-and-mortar office while diminishing the cons, eXp provides personalization and support on a mega-scale while maintaining the small agency feel that many agents enjoy. eXp is working very hard to make sure that they keep that personal feeling while still giving agents all the support they need.

Sometimes that support means creating on-demand solutions for pain points that agents are experiencing. And other times it means offering an in-person training and mentoring opportunities. The entire company is focused on being agent success obsessed (read article here).

Sponsor and Mentor Training

At CanZell Community, every agent is supported from day one. When you join, you’ll have a Sponsor—the person who introduced you to the company—and if you're a new agent, you’ll also be paired with a dedicated Mentor for at least your first three transactions. Sponsors and Mentors often provide one-on-one or small group training, focusing on best practices, marketing strategies, goal setting, and accountability. It's a hands-on, personalized approach designed to set you up for long-term success.

This is one of the biggest advantages that sets CanZell Community apart from traditional brokerages—your Sponsor truly has a vested interest in your success. That means you're never alone. Whether you have a quick question, need help refining your brand or strategy, or you're working through a challenge, there's always someone in your corner ready to support and guide you.

At many traditional brokerages, agents can work in offices with 200 or even 300 people and still feel completely alone—with no one to turn to for guidance or support. At CanZell Community, that’s never the case. From day one, you’ll have a whole support system in place—your Mentor, your Sponsor, your broker, and even an Agent Concierge. You’ll always have someone to reach out to, whether it’s for advice, feedback, or just a little extra support when you need it most.

Annual CanZell Conferences

In the Spring, there is the Canzell Shareholders meeting, and in the fall, it is CANZELLCON (the largest Canzell conference). The location varies every year, from Las Vegas to Chicago to Ft. Lauderdale. If you join the company, you absolutely need to go to one of our Canzell Realty VIP conferences because you have never seen a more excited group of people!

It really is so much fun to meet people that you’ve met in the virtual office. Quite often, the same agents regularly attend certain virtual classes (i.e. lead gen, accountability, etc) and because the agents have similar interests, they often chat and become friends. Then when the agents and brokers get to meet in person at the different conferences, it feels like a family reunion!
