✅ Step 1: Join the CanZell Community

- Join the Fast Forward Movement @ eXp Facebook Group

✅ Step 2: Apply to eXp Realty
- Apply here
- Use your licensed name and a personal email address
- Include all license and MLS info
- Have bank routing and account numbers for direct deposit
- Have credit card ready (eXp covers $149 onboarding fee)
- Select "No" for third-party payment option
- Sign the ICA (Independent Contractor Agreement)
- Choose "Can't find my sponsor" and type in the name manually
✅ Step 3: Watch for eXp Emails
- Onboarding steps will be sent via email and text from eXp and your State Broker
- Use your personal email address (not your brokerage email)
✅ Step 4: Join Your MLS and Board
- Join your local Association of REALTORS® and MLS
- Complete New Agent Orientation
- Attend your MLS training
- Purchase a lockbox (if not provided)
✅ Step 5: Internal Team Agreement
- Watch for a DropboxSign email from [email protected]
- Team Leader signs → Then you sign
✅ Step 6: Join the Mentor Program (if applicable)
- If you've done fewer than 3 transactions in the past 12 months, you'll be assigned a mentor
- Your mentor will be from your MLS and guide your first deals
✅ Step 7: Activate Your Tools
- Workplace & Workplace Chat: for communication
- eXp OKTA / Passport: access all tools in one place
- My eXp App: track your revenue, production, and more
- kvCORE: CRM and personal website (free!)
- SkySlope: manage transactions securely
- VersaPay: track commissions and payments
