Gaining leads off on post is highly unlikely, but as your audience grows, they start to look forward to your content and will begin to associate your brand with the local area.
Ideas:
Partner with a bakery and shoot a video (or tik tok) of them baking and branding your cookies. (then drop these off to a new business in the area to get your name out there).
