At CR, you will be paired with a seasoned mentor who will be there to walk you through your first transactions. You will have a Circle Leader to help coach you and grow your pipeline as well as a Managing Broker to make sure you know everything you need to know about contract compliance.

Our new agent training helps you bridge the gap between real estate school and becoming a successful real estate agent. Once paired with your mentor, you will learn how to overcome all of the common pitfalls in real estate. This helps you get out in the field quicker, allowing you to build a successful real estate business. They will help you learn all of the systems and daily activities you need to know to get started, as well as how to answer tough questions and situations only a seasoned agent would know the answers to.
