I began selling real estate in 2009, and by 2016, I was ready to make a change. I began working for Canzell as an entry level admin, because I wanted the opportunity to get my foot in the door at one of the fastest growing, most innovative companies in town. I was eventually promoted to become Chantel’s Executive Assistant, and in that position I had amazing opportunities to grow and learn by working closely with the CEO of our company. I began helping with Corporate Recruiting, and was promoted to Director of Talent Management, then became an Assistant Managing Partner, and eventually was promoted to my current position as Managing Partner, which is the most exciting, challenging, and rewarding jobs I’ve ever had.
