10% of Gross Commission Income (GCI) is applied to revenue share for all agents in your revenue share group. This means that as you help grow the eXp Realty agent community, you’ll continue to earn a portion of their commissions, providing you with long-term, residual income. This creates a powerful incentive to sponsor and support new agents, as their success directly translates to your own financial rewards.
Includes business cards, presentation folders, website setup, and the first monthly fee
$85 per month for U.S. agents and $139 per month for Canadian agents
80/20 split until the agent reaches their annual commission cap of $16,000
$250 per transaction for the first 20 transactions after reaching the commission cap, and $75 per transaction after that
$30 per sale until the agent reaches $500 (17 sales), and then free for the remainder of the year
$25 per transaction
$60 per transaction with a $750 annual cap for U.S. agents, and $17 per transaction with a $200 annual cap for Canadian agents
$420 per year, which includes live classes, guest speakers, workshops, and on-demand training
eXp Realty also offers a revenue share program, which allows agents to earn additional income by helping to bring on other agents. eXp Realty pays out 50% of the 20% commission split to agents each month.
