Once you contribute the income cap of only $14,000 or $3,500, depending on your status, in company dollar on your personal closings, you can receive a 100% commission split on your remaining personal transactions for the rest of the anniversary year.
If you cap, you will receive $4K back in ownership stocks, which means you only paid a net cap of $10K!
If you cap, sell 30 + homes and are an influencer, you will receive $14K back in ownership stocks, which means you pay a net cap of $0!!
There is a monthly Tech fee of $50. This is collected the first of every month.
There is a $100 broker review/risk management fee on all transactions.
When the agent is personally on the title, he or she only pays a $195 QC fee as long as they handle their own transaction coordination. If they want Canzell to TC, then it’ll be an additional $200. They can do this up to 4 transactions each year in which they keep 100% of the ENTIRE commission. They are also exempt from the $100 brokerage fee!
