The revenue share structure in eXp has seven tiers, while CanZell had five. All people you’ve recruited, and those they’ve recruited, will move with you to eXp.

CanZell stock is valued at $1 per share, and eXp stock is currently valued at around $13 per share. Your CanZell stock will be divided by 13, and you will receive eXp stock for the equivalent amount. This new stock will vest three years after your onboarding date with eXp.

Your license will be held under the eXp principal broker, but you will still have access to associate brokers at CanZell for support. You will need to get any signatures required from the eXp principal broker once you transfer.
