  • You will get $500 for each producing agent you sponsor, so for example:
    • 1 producing agent: $500; 2 producing agents: $1000; 4 producing agents: $2000

Expansion Leader Payout

Base Pay for Expansion Leader:

  1. $500 bonus for each producing* agent. 

*Agent must have closed 8 or more transactions in the last 12 months. 

Expectations:

10+ producing agents sponsored and onboarded for the month

This must be recorded on a spreadsheet, along with name, phone number, email and links to each zoom interview held and turned in with your invoice each Monday in order to be paid. Each week, we will do QC checks on appointments to make sure they are meeting minimum standards for quality and payment.
