Expansion Leader

Compensation:

  • $15 per zoom appointment that a CanZell ISA sets and you hold. It must be recorded on zoom and must last at least 15 minutes. 
  • $25 per zoom appointment that you set and hold. It must be recorded on zoom and must last at least 15 minutes.

    Pay Example:
    Average 20 appointments (must be 15-minute Zoom calls) you set and show per week @ $25 = $500 per week and if you average 20 appoints a CanZell ISA sets for you that shows per week @ $15 = $300 per week. This would equate to a $41,600 base per year if you hit 40 shown zoom appointments per week.

  • If you have a 5% conversion of appointment show = 8 hires
  • After 20 appointments must have 1 Onboarded agent
  • Need to maintain a 5% conversion rate after completing 20 appointments
  • Failure to meet the specified conversion rate will result in ineligibility for the compensation

Bonus 1:

  • Producing agent who has closed 8+ transactions in the last 12 months that fully onboards: $250
  • Producing agent who has closed 4-7 transactions in the last 12 months that fully onboards: $100
  • Producing* team of 5 plus agents: $ 1,000
  • *Producing agent is someone who closed 8+ deals in the last year
  • Example: 8 Producing agents who closed 8+ deals in the last 12 months: $ 2,000 a month = $24,000 per year

Bonus 2:

  • Revenue Share
  • Must have an active real estate license to receive Revenue Share

Expectations for Recruiting:

  • A minimum of 4-8 agents are onboarded each month

Expectations:

  • Attend monthly management meetings (30 min.).  Held the 1st and 2nd Thursday monthly at 3pm Eastern.  You must attend the 1st Thursday monthly and are strongly encouraged to also attend the 2nd Thursday monthly. 
  • Attend Weekly National Agent Meeting (Tuesday 12pm-12:30pm Eastern): Must attend min 3 out of 4
  • Attend recruiter standup each morning
  • Must have camera on zoom at all times with a professional CanZell background
  • Must be professional in appearance in zoom calls
  • Recruit 4-8 agents a month with 8 being the goal.
  • Must convert and fully onboard 1 agent within the first 20 appointments to continue to be paid. 
  • Each contact must be contacted 3 times
  • Must convert 5% of help appointments after the first 20 zoom appointments show in order to continue to be paid for held appointments. If at any time you fall below the 5% conversion rate, you will not be paid for zoom appointments held. You may begin getting paid for zoom appointments again once you have hit the 5% conversion rate of appointments held.  You will not be paid for any appointments held in the time where you were not eligible. You will not be paid for second appointments with agents, but it is HIGHLY encouraged to follow up with agents you have met to keep your conversion rate above the minimum.

  • Must become an active real estate agent with CanZell Realty within 3 days of signing this offer.

Please indicate your acceptance of our offer by replying to this email and CC:ing offers@canzell.com, to me no later than the expiration date above. Once we receive your acceptance of this letter of intent, along with the items listed above, we will prepare a formal contract for your review.  Before you begin with CanZell as an independent contractor or employee, as the formal contract will specify, you must agree to all of the terms of the formal contract.  This letter of intent is not itself an offer of employment with CanZell, nor is your acceptance of this letter of intent an agreement by CanZell that you will actually be employed or accepted as an independent contractor by CanZell.  This letter of intent is merely a recitation of some general terms to make sure the parties are on the “same page” before potentially proceeding toward a binding agreement.
