This position is only for someone passionate about turning a lead into a positive experience and lifelong buyer. CanZell is looking for a professional buyer agent to join our very successful, rapidly expanding business. The buyer agent will be responsible for consulting with clients and warm referrals thought the entire home buying experience. The Buyer Agent will oversee continuous contact with pre-qualified leads, clients, showing listings and the entire negotiation process. The Buyer Agent must be a self-starter with a focus on personal and professional development. With the buyer being the main point of contact, the Buyer’s Agent must ensure that each buyer is left with a positive experience and in turn positive feedback and warm referrals to follow.

The Ideal Candidate: 
The ideal candidate is an extremely detail-orientated person who thrives in a fast-paced business environment, working independently to meet deadlines, coordinating with multiple leaders and has a supportive and approachable communication style. The Buyers Agent must be punctual, maintain excellent attendance, conduct themselves in a professional manner, must be able to trouble-shoot and problem solve on their own, be flexible and responsive, have the ability to prioritize and multi-task, must have superior oral and written communication skills, must be able to look ahead pro-actively turning moments of ‘down time’ into productive time, and always be mindful of how their behavior and interactions reflect on the company as a whole.

Qualification

A valid and active Real Estate Broker License

A valid driver’s license with reliable transportation

Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry

Demonstrate track record of real estate success having closed between 3 to 10 transactions for a consecutive two years.

Must have superb interpersonal and communication skills

Must be coachable and be able to implement new and proven systems

Responsibilities

Implement company culture, values and policies

Develop workforce strategies, to recruit and develop qualified candidates to onboard as real estate agents and Brokers

Generate business from referrals, leads and repeat clients using proven tools

Call leads immediately, set up appointments and convert to clients

Use KvCore CRM and other proven tools to nurture leads with different touches, writing appropriate drip campaigns to your sphere of influence throughout the year

Perform comparative market analysis on the property of interest, write offer to purchase and contract

Negotiate on behalf of the client, leading to successful purchase through consistent and clear communication, and finally close the deal

Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them

Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing

As team player, you will work closely with the other team members and maintain a high level of customer service

Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders, listing agents and contractors, while promoting the win win focus our company portrays.

Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services

Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

This is a full time position and may be required extended hours in the office and in the field from time to time

Skills

Proven working experience and track record as a real estate broker

Ability to work independently and in a team setup combined with excellent interpersonal skills

Competent in developing great content for social media and network marketing

Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills

Pleasant, easy to work with, trustworthy and royal

Excellent computer and writing skills
