Circle Leaders help drive sales and provide coaching, training & support to agents so they can take their business to the next level. And they earn 5% company dollar for the circles they lead. They also receive a $500 cash bonus for every person they hire. So if you hire 4 people that month that would be a base of $2,000 for that month. + 5% of everyone that’s in your circle.

There is a part-time circle leader where you’ll still do transactions and on the side, you’ll coach and train agents and help take their business to the next level. And you’ll earn 5% of the company dollar for the circles you leave. And you’ll receive a $500 cash bonuses and revenues share.

• Contact 80% of your agents via email/text per month
• Spot check listings and contracts
• Conduct multiple recruiting calls and interviews
• Management call and meetings
• Prepare and facilitate team meetings
