It’s a great way to stay connected and top of mind. It’s important to show them that you care, you are there for them, and you recognize their big days! Take birthdays, for example—every day, Facebook will tell you whose birthday it is, so you just have to pick up the phone and call them. [Almost all] of the people you call will appreciate it, and guess who will they recommend or work with when the time is right? Same goes for milestones like a new job or pregnancy news.

- Send a giftcard for their babyshower present (with a card!)
- Drop off a card for their one-year in new home anniversary
- Send a personalized video to congrate/wish them well
- Drop off balloons to their porch
- Pick up the phone and call them
- Invite them to coffee (on you, of course!)
