Any stock that you have vested with CanZell is yours. Any stock that is not vested will be forfeited back to the company.
No, you cannot earn any stock while you are licensed under CanZell Referral. If you decide to move your license to CanZell Realty, you will be eligible to gain stock under their stock program.
When you have a referral, you will fill out our referral form in our system and the broker of the state will assign it to an agent in the area of your referral.
No. While in the referral company, you cannot engage in any real estate transaction or advice. We will take care of your client from start to finish, making it easy to refer and collect your referral fees!
